okay so last night, i binged.
dun dun dunnnnn.
i dont even know if it was a binge. it was more like a restriction.
an uncontrollable restriction.
but anyways.
i had 300 calories before i decided i felt uncomfortably full and didnt wanna eat anymore.
so i checked the scale and this morning it was 123 lbs.
i didnt gain, i didnt lose.
so my question is,
do i restrict today, or do i fast?
see, im thinking if i fast, it might fuck up my metabolism and cause it to completely crash [which its already so close to doing].
but if i eat, i dont want it to make me gain weight especially after i pigged out last night.
advice anyone?

if u think yur close to crashing your metabolizum, try a day of boosting - 200 cals each meal beackfast, lunch dinner and 50 cal snacks inbetween?

ReplyDeleteIf you can, my best advise would be to eat, not much, but eat regulary and eat well. Maybe 600 cal/day would be a good start (It'as still restricting but you'll get some stuff to keep going). 200-200-200 or even 250-100-250. Eat loads of veggies and fruits. Make sure to take multivitamins, drink loads of water and tea. Your body NEEDS a structure.
From what I've been reading you gain on nothing, lose on nothing, grain massive and lose massive weight and all that on no patern!
I suggest a makeover. It's not giving up but learning to trust your body and work with it instead of working against it. Select what you put in you, make the right choices. You will save loads of time and tears and eventually you will get to your goal.
I hope you'll find a balance in all that.

strange ive always thought when reading your binge posts 300 cals omg thats not a binge like over 800 would be a binge
ReplyDeletetoday i had what felt like a huge binge turned out to only be 400 i was so full i was like omg i tottally see how 300 cals can be a binge now
sorry long rambling unhelpful bit there i think maybe instead of doing like 5 days fast maybe like fast restrict alternate days then you are never doing the same 2 days in a row hopeful kicking that metabolism into gear

I was thinking that, when I binge it is usually over 300! well done for keeping a binge at 300! I suggest you do eat, not in massive amounts, sorry I can't help much, the comments before me pretty much have you sorted haha, x.
