beginning

okay so its the beginning of the next chapter in my ED.
yesterday was great. i was supposed to eat 800 cals and i had 600. i couldnt find anything else i wanted to eat and i wasnt hungry at all so i just stopped at 600.

it feels amazing to have control again...

random tips?

i eat small amounts of lots of different things throughout the day to make it feel like im eating a lot more than i am and to feel full.

i drink 2 cups of water before every bite and i C&S a lot.

speaking of C&S i had a divine c&s session this morning with a chocolate and a cookie.

if you keep your head tilted down while you chew, then less gets into your throat/stomach and barely any calories are consumed. but dont do it a lot until your sure youre not getting any cals in by accident.

try drinking a cup of warm lowfat/skim milk with splenda in it to make you feel really full.

pickles are god sent. only 5 cals per pickle if you didnt already know.

bouillion cubes only have 5 cals too but can make cups and cups of broth.

grapefruit helps in quick weight loss. ive tested it already and it works pretty well.

1 cup of string beans is only 34 cals. theres about 2 cups in every can.

the warmer you stay, the longer you can go without getting hungry.

and im sure we all know the one about ice water so no sense in putting it



and thats about all the tips i can pull off the top of my head.
