so today, i just did my schoolwork which took up a good 3 hours and have been drinking coffee. [no creamer, no sugar, just splenda] and ive been reading loads of articles on fasting.
wanna know a great distraction btw? learning a language. seriously. im learning french, and i get so caught up in it that food is the LAST thing on my mind. plus you can take courses for free online and trust me, there is always a never ending supply of vocabulary words you can copy down that will take up hours of your time.

im trying to be more aware the the processes that go on in my body so that i can create new weight loss plans that get rid of the weight faster. did i mention i weigh 128? its horrible i know. its totally put me in the mood for fasting though.

omfg. okay so you know that feeling you get around day two of fasting where the hunger cravings go completely away, and all you feel is the lightness and accomplishment and your able to pick out places that had fat before but dont have any now? thats my favorite feeling in the world.
ive noticed that i loose tons of fat around my thighs, stomach, and hips when i fast. like when i fasted for four days the first time, and my metabolism was sky high, my thigh didnt touch by the end of it. and my hip bones were much more visible. and my waist was smaller.
shit what have i been doing with my life?
i should fast all the time!

ive realized that its that easy.
did i mention ive been taking acai berry supplements? so far, i do not recommend them. its been a week and i havent lost any weight. plus they should work better and faster on an empty stomach right? uhh wrong.

if you fast for two days, you can loose up to 10 lbs. the minimum number of lost weight would probably be around 4-6 lbs.
so lets jsut say i weighed 120 again as an example.
if i weigh 120, then fast for two days, id weigh about 116 AT MINIMUM. and IF i dont work out AT ALL.
then if you work out right before you end the fast for 3 hours, you burn 3500 calories. so thats another pound.
so if i weigh 115 at this point, and started the grapefruit diet i went on, then id loose 5 lbs in 3 days. [grapefruit diet = l grapefruit a day. eat 2 pieces at 30 - 45 minute intervals to avoid binging and to sky rocket metabolism].
and because my metabolism goes so fast when i grapefruit diet, then the added exercise each day for two days [for an hour] i would loose about 1-2 lbs a day.
of course my weight would probably plateau at about 115 so that would have to be taken into consideration. then again, the plateau problem could be solved by increasing the amount of grapefruit eaten for two days and then dropping it back down.
so all in all id go from 120 lbs to 108 in a week.
healthy? not at all.
effective? quite.
im awful at math though but i checked my numbers like 6 times.
so, if you want a copy of this diet plan explained more simply and in steps, then let me know and ill email it to you.
i myself am lazy as all hell so i think what ill be doing is fasting for two or three days [to avoid binging early in the game] and then will grapefruit diet for a week and make sure i exercise a lot. REMEMBER KIDDIES, THE ONLY WAY TO LOCK IN WEIGHT LOST BY FASTING IS TO EXERCISE BEFORE YOU GO BACK TO RESTRICTING.

ahem. on another note, im sick of all the fat chicks crying about 'oh well only REAL women are big' and 'men dont even like thin girls. they like chunky ones'. i always always always hear this from a fat chick. OR i hear it from mean that are a)ugly, b)feel bad, or c) are mega ghetto trashy.

Apparently in the U.K. they determined that men prefer a BMI of 20.85. That's the ideal. Of course, I've recently reached that goal and my boyfriend still looks at the beautiful thin girls that are ALL the f*ck over campus. So I don't believe that anymore.

[dont mind my hormones, for i am rather pissy] ive tried so hard and all it does is keep coming back to haunt me. i hate walking in the hallways being passed up by stick thin girls while my blubbers hanging off.ohmyfuckingjesus.
