Okay.
I know exactly whats wrong with me.
I feel STUCK.
There were beginnings, there was a middle somewhere, and now this is the end.
Not the FINAL end, but just an end of sorts. Most of my relationships, friends or otherwise, are ending.
Im okay with that though. To be honest, im horribly BORED with my friends. Theyre alright, but it just seems like theres no thought behind most of them. Pretty to look at, but nothing going on upstairs type things.
My school work has been all put on hold for the past few weeks [not my decision, mind you] and im not in dance, im practically out of work, [I have the sneaking suspicion im about to be fired] and it feels like everything in my life has come to a close.
Normally I would be alright with this because usually things open up quickly after old things end.
But not HERE.
I feel like things are going so SLOW, like ive been dealing with this end of things for so long, and I just want to get to the next part.
I want to meet new people, I want to get to thin, I want to learn, I want to get out of my house.
Im hoping to god college wont be as dull as high school. [crossing my fingers.]
I just want to experience so many things. I want to see the world, I want to go back to the ocean, I want interesting people.
I just dont want my life to stay the way it is.
I dont KNOW if its going to get any better. Theres no certainty that ill ever meet people who actually THINK, or that ill know what its like to enjoy getting up in the morning.
But I guess theres not much else to do except chill out and wait for something better.
Hopefully the waiting room phase of my life will be over soon.

College is ten times better than high school. There are no cliques, everyone somehow finds their niche. People in your major will most likely be in all of your classes and you'll be friends, and if you don't want friends, no one gives a damn. There is no labeling or anything, just slightly tainted freedom (as you still have classes and such).

I know what you mean about the 'waiting room'. Its awefully boring. You want to see more, experience more, DO more. but here you are, sitting, for what seems like hours in comparison to the short 'appointment' waiting for you.
ReplyDeleteIt can be frustrating!
I like your writing...such a flurry of thoughts. I would be so appreciative if you would take a look at my blog, I admire yours a lot. :)
