70 Calories

okay so yesterday i didnt fast.
i meant to.
but then i broke and had a salad. it was 70 calories.
it didn even seem like a salad.
it tasted so good and it felt like it had so much stuff.
it felt like it was more than 70 calories. i actually got full off it.
but then i felt like a failure for having eaten.
i keep telling myself it was only 70 calories but i feel so damn GUILTY for it.
yesterday my weight went from 129.2 to 130.1, then back down to 128.8.

why does 70 seem so much all of a sudden?
maybe it seems like a lot because i enjoyed eating it and it tasted good. im pretty sure thats not aloud. does being happy while eating affect weight loss? does ENJOYING the food make you gain more from it?

it feels like it does.

as of RIGHT this second, i weigh 128.0
my weight isnt moving very fast, but hey at least its moving. i think im going back to drinking coffee. i used to drink a ton and it only took me a week to get off a good what, 7 lbs? and i was eating 65 calories a day. i eat roughly the same amount now. the only thing thats changed is the lack of coffee and my metabolism.

so.
coffee it is.

yesterday i found this great belly dancing workout video on youtube.

http://www.youtube.com/view_play_list?p=39D59EFE63200700&search_query=dolphina

it was actually really fun and my stomach is so sore from it.

im also really stressed out from school. i have so much work but i just dont want to get any of it done.

and on top of that ive got 3 weeks to loose weight.

its fine though. i can do this.

  1. I don't think you gain weight just by enjoying food. I think its more because some people jus enjoy the food so much that they keep eating and eating. But you're stronger than that. You have more control. Of course you'll lose the weight. Keep your head up, and you'll be fine.

  2. From a scientific standpoint, I'm pretty sure Mellon is right.

But... I know what you mean. When your brain isn't in that self-destructive, self-depriving, "dead" mode... it really does seem as if weight comes off much more slowly.

But you are losing weight, and not at all slowly! I may be with you on the coffee thing.
