okay today was awesome.
i just got this huge sense of empowerment after fasting yesterday then having my 45 cals today.
ive decided that ill just go back to my 65/45 calorie switch plan.
eat 45 cals one day.
eat 65 the next.
easy right?
so for some reason ive been craving salt and my mom brought like 80 packets of splenda/equal no cal sweeteners today for her office but no one used them so i got to have them >=]
exercised for an hour and besides the fact that my parents stole 200 bucks from me its been a pretty good day [i wont be able to afford the dress ive been loosing weight to fit into. irony, yeah?]
feelin pretty pumped.
found some left over hydroxycut from my moms cabinet so i started taking them today.
unfortunately, theres only two left after me having taken 3 today [like the bottle says to] so im about to go forage for more.
wow i seriously had to get up and go find more pills after having said that haha
yeah, but anyways.

so yeah. remember:
you will loose as much weight as you want to. diet pills or no diet pills. if you exercise, dont cheat, and eat a low amount of calories you WILL loose weight. there is no 'my body wont let me loose weight' or 'because of my genes i could starve myself all i want but never loose a pound'. the amount of calories you choose to eat defines how long it will take you. eat less, weigh less, in a lesser amount of time.
dont let your food enslave you. your the only one who can say no for yourself so do yourself a favor. put the fork down and be done with scarfing down all that unneeded food. let your mond control your body, not the other way around.
no matter how many times you fall on your face, be prepared to get back up again because every single one of us has what it takes to be that thin gorgeous being that every last person envies. but the only way youll ever get there is discipline.
dont let there be a question of "can i get away with just one little snack? it doesnt have THAT many calories anyways".
just say no.
let 'no' be your default answer.
every time there is an absence of food, you are only getting your self moments closer to perfection.
remember that perfection IS attainable.
dont ever doubt what you can do.
you hold complete power over your body, so let it show.
let that disgusting cellulite and fat be stripped from your body, leaving you in your purest form.
let the bones show.
