okay so i think my mind frame is much more stable now than it was last night. i talked to jake till 3 in the morning [so im pretty exhausted] and be basically told me that he wouldnt tell anyone and that he just wanted me to be honest with him. and he doesnt want me to get hurt. its too bad hes with a fat girl atm =/ shes not even pretty and shes a vain little bitch =/
ahahah i cant believe i was just able to descrive her 3 phrases. funneh.
well anyways, i got up this morning and for some reason, my stomach looks a lot less fat. like there was no rolls. well i never really had rolls, but i did have a hump. one large hump of fat please. i feel like im ordering from mcdonalds.
anyways, my stomach looked a lot.... flatter. and i look thinner from the side veiw too. which i was majorly pleased about. i actually think that fast did me a lot of good. except for the fact that my metabolism is low low low right now. i can always tell when its low.. its like i feel tired more and sluggish and i feel really cold a lot. so my revised plan for today is to eat a medium [200-300] amount of calories and to do a lot of exercise. that always gets my metabolism up. then tomorrow, im going to start on my grapefruit-a-day-diet. and i should loose more weight quickly with my metabolism running high.
my weight has stayed at 123 all day so far and so far today i had some breyers carbsmart avnilla fudge ice cream [to celebrate the snow outside. i mean since when does it snow where i live?] which was 90 cals. and i think today im probably guna be eating a lot of vegetables and loads of negative calorie foods.
i think all the exercise ive been doing has majorly contributed to the fact that i feel like my arms are less flabby and my stomach is less flabby. ooo did i mention that my thighs still touch, but not as much as they used to?
im proud today. ive still got a lot to work on, but im getting results. i think thats what used to frusterate me before, is that i used to never ever exercise and yeah, i lost a good 14 pounds in a month, but it felt like it took forever because i wasnt exercising at all. ive determined that exercise is definitely a huge factor in weight loss. its just so euphoric now, to feel empty and be exercising, knowing that becuase you didnt eat anything, the exercise would directly affect your body.
well, im off to go do things today.
ill try to post some good thinspo later if i can.

ReplyDeletei hate the thigh thing too. its like; shrink dammit! but im glad jakes doing well with you. oh my gosh, that sounds so adorable. till 3 a.m.? he obviously cherises you and perhaps he wants some fat to pinch later, maybe? lol. he'll dump that fat wag soon i'm sure. ^__^
