124lbs.
this is so much bullshit.
im like 100% sure its water weight though because ive been eating the same 65 calorie grapefruit for the past three days.
tomorrow is a high day.
i have a planned high day tomorrow but im debating whether to have the high day at 200 or 300 cals, or if i should just go with the 65 cals like usual.
maybe i could just go with 250 =/
okay so i found some interesting things on starvation mode.
and the whole starvation mode thing is NOT as scary as its made out to be.
in fact, most of the shit my teachers and parents told me about it is almost completely untrue.
read, read away.
i promise its inspiring:

"You also do not Stop losing weight in starvation mode.Quite simply, as I understand it, you will still lose fat but you will also lose muscle with that. So you are still losing the weight but not in a healthy way."
"That was a very interesting article .. i often wonder about the whole starvation mode thing.. and according to that article it has three phases.. and the last phase is when the muscle is used for fueling the body..
to me, it makes sense.. i have never seen someone starving to death with a lot of body fat on them .. nor have i seen an anorexic with chubby thighs .. yes, i do believe that eventually, over time, the muscle tissue would shrink.. but i cant see how starving urself you couldnt actually lose weight. I have been very sick before in the past, and dropped literally kilos in weeks.. and it was all to do with the fact i couldnt keep food down. My body was starving.."
there you go ladies and gentlemen.
you must dig for the truth =O
basically, you go *dont* into 'starvation mode' until youve used up all the fat in your body. onve you have no more fat left for your body to eat up, then you go into starvation mode to preserve the muscle thats left.
also, i recently read that you only go into starvation mode once your body fat percentage reaches 5% or lower.
so of course starvation mode exists.
but not if you have more than 5% body fat.
calories are energy. fat is energy.
so,
if your body isnt getting enough energy from calories, then it has to take it from the body fat or you die.
you cannot magically gain weight from eating a low amount of calories everyday, because
a) your body automatically uses up the calories to keep your body running, and there isnt enough caloric intake to be stored,
b) your body cannot create calories to be stored as fat,
and
c) your metabolism cannot lower enough so that it uses less calories than your eating [unless your eating a normal amount of food = over 1000 calories.]
anyways,
back to the 124 thing.
im pretty upset about it, but im surviving on the fact that my weight usually goes up before it goes down and stays down.
like last time it went from 119 to 115 then back to 120 before it went to 114 and stayed there.
also, i need a digital scale.
=/
so yeah,
for some reason, i look thinner than when i was 120 lbs.
at least thats what im being told.
i know my wait is a lot smaller and so are my arms.
i think the weight might be from gained muscle mass.
but am i even eating enough to gain muscle mass?
i dont think so.
hmm.
i hope my weight goes down by tomorrow =[
im going to go work out now =/
peace<3
oh yeah, one more thing, Kat made the most amazing pro ana blog EVERS and she totally quoted me in it =']
