so yesterday went pretty well, i had 300 calories exactly, and i got to eat a normal amount. i was going for 500 but i couldnt find anything i wanted to eat since we have almost no food in our house atm.
i ate a few bites out of something every few hours and i think my metabolism is getting better, because when i woke up this morning i was actually hungry [which almost never happens].
and along with my metabolism getting better, im feeling better. not sure why, but i guess just going with the flow lets me think straighter whereas stressing all the time just pisses me off and makes me depressed.
so today im fasting just because today seems like a fast day. im not sure if one day of no food actually counts as a fast, but im sure that itll help my weight.
my sisters birthday is coming up next month, and i want to be able to eat cake and everything because shes a real sensitive person and i know if i dont shell bawl her eyes out or something.
also, were going to the lake for it and i know tons of people are guna be there so now ive got two great reasons to randomly fast.
i think someone asked me if i have an exercise plan in comments yesterday and to be honest, i really dont.
i hate exercise so i usually just dance for a few hours when i get the urge to.
today i weigh 123 lbs. not sure how i planned on incorporating that into my post, but yeah.
oh oh and i forgot to tell you guys, i finally got a job.
granted its with friends and family, but i think it pays good money.
wait.
is 8 bucks an hour good money?
or is it bad money?
all i know is that im going to be super busy since its a really hectic job and i dont get lunch breaks. [or any kind of breaks for that matter].
so i start tomorrow and im glad ill have something to do to keep me out of the food.
and i promise ill get caught up with everyones posts as soon as i can. [its kind of hard to read and comment 185 different blogs in an hour]
time to go shower =D

I got paid 5 dollars an hour, and it added up quickly. I think 8 is above minimum wage... that's fantastic, especially if you're still living at home!

ReplyDeleteWaking up hungry is a good thing. Eating regularly helps boost the metabolism (even if it is onlya little) which helps to burn more fat ♥
