okay so ive been having a really good / really bad day today and at the moment i feel pretty good.
so,
i was drinking a cup of skim milk [mixed with a cup of water with tons of splenda throw in] and i started thinking, why cant someone make ice cream less than 80 calories.
then, i decided its possible.
so, heres the recipe i made for ice cream [yes, im having some even though im on a fast because A) its only frozen liquid and B) its under 100 calories which is my drink limit.] and just so you know, its pretty damn good.
all you have to do, is mix a cup of skim milk with about a half cup [or cup depending on how much you want] of water. then start mixing in splenda and cinnamon until it starts tasting good. [using pumpkin spice gets great results, too.]
then, take a big ziploc bag, and fill it halfway with ice. after that, add about 1/4th of a cup of salt. then, take a smaller bag and put the skim milk mixture in it. make sure to close the smaller bag tightly. thennn, put the smaller bag inside the bigger bag and fill up the big bag the rest of the way with more ice.
shake it, roll it, or leave it alone.
if you dont shake it, youll just have some lumps in it.
either way, im about 10 -20 minutes, youll have tons of 80 calorie ice cream.
my fast is going good so far, and i think my hips are a little narrower than they were 4 days ago.
im not sure how long i want this fast to go to, but hey the longer the better.
