okay so saturday morning, my weight was at 120 and then i [stupidly] weighed myself at night, and i was at 122.6. i figured that it was because i had weighed at different times.
i get up this morning to check my weight, at the usual time, and im still at 122.6.
i danced yesterday with some of my friends that came over, and it was tons of fun.
i was so close to binging but i didnt for the sole reason that i wanted to see my weight today.
i really thought my weight would be down.
i didnt even do anything wrong.
now yesterday is just a day wasted.
i coudlve eaten and stayed at 122.
but no.
i fucking suffer and dont even get my credits.
now even if i lose a pound today like im supposed to, my weights just going to be 121.
so ill still be up by a lb.
fuck im so FRUSTRATED.

it is so frustrating whent hat happens!.. maybe u hit a plateu!.. u should change ur calorie intake up it one day and then fast another, and so on!..

ReplyDeleteI know how you're feeling. I FINALLY got under 62kg about 2 weeks ago, and it won't get any bloody lower!!! It actually went up by .5kg today. AAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

well done for not binging, and this happened to me! I was so sure that I was going to be lower once and I have put on a lb, but the next day I lost two, I'm sure it will drop off,

It,s hard, but try to remember that "weight" is not the same thing as "fat" and can fluctuate strangely depending on things like hormones and electrolytes. Your hard work will ALWAYS count, it just may not show up on the scales straight away. As some of the others have said, you've probably lost the fat, ad the extra weight will be water or something that will drop of quickly in the next few days. Hope this helps!

ugh i hate that! If that happens, what i do, is just drink only water for like, a day straight and nothing else and by the next day youre down like 2 lbs
